The Aragon Project: Halfway There

I think I have all the parts for the Aragon in their proper positions.

I was able to remove this steel crank assembly.

And replace it with the Traveler's aluminum counterpart. 

These original brakes are gone.

The Traveler's center-pull brakes fit perfectly and look a lot cooler.

The steel stem was removed.

I replaced it with this aluminum SR stem that's been waiting in the parts bin since last September (the Traveler's stem was too long).

In four days, the Aragon has come quite a way. Before:

Assuming that everything fits as it should, I'm going to dismantle the bike for cleaning and polishing. I'm excited to see it all shine.
