Donuts with Dad part 2: "His favorite sport is fixing."

Once a year Charlotte's school allows dads, uncles, and grandpas the chance to share a donut and a glass of juice with their student. This was my second year to attend.

Although that donut is as big and as round as a sleeping kitten, Charlotte told me she could eat, "... about a hundred of these."

The donut was tasty, but my favorite part is the "Dad Lib" that Char fills out for me. "Dad! Don't look 'till I'm done!"

I walked Char to her classroom when our time was over, and she asked me, "What would you rather lose Dad, that paper I filled out or your cell phone?"

I answered truthfully, and she beamed at me.
